In the video it is being shown that if we build our own house we must consider a specific Design, Location, and most especially the Foundation. In the video we are being educated to be more diligent on the specific details on our house.

Over the years, people are more and more educated about this, that is why as we have observed houses nowadays are becoming more detailed and most of us are focusing on building a great foundation and also some of us wants a ready-made house because the design is good, great location, and a very good foundation.

An example is based on what we have observed nowadays that some people preferred housing because it is being built by trusted contractors, but some also build their own and customized their own design, find their own location where they are comfortable, and built a very strong foundation.
